The Lanteri Center for Ignatian Spirituality

Training in the Art and Ministry of Spiritual Direction

The Lanteri Center offers three stages of training for spiritual directors: The Prayer Partnering Program, The Program for Directors of the Spiritual Exercises and Ongoing Spiritual Direction. It also offers these as ongoing enrichment opportunities for those already involved in this ministry.

St. Joseph's Retreat House

St. Joseph's Retreat House offers the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. They are offered as an 8 day directed retreat, 19th Annotation or the 30 Day Directed Retreat. St. Joseph's also offers days of recollections or day retreats for groups.

OMV Parish Missions

The Oblates of the Virgin Mary provide Parish Missions throughout the Northeast. The mission is three to five days in length and includes preaching on the major themes of the Gospel. The Oblates mission is a proclamation of the Truth of the Gospel and the Mercy of God.

Fr. Tim Gallagher, OMV

Father Timothy Gallagher, O.M.V. is a member of the Oblates of the Virgin Mary, who is dedicated to retreats and spiritual formation according to the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. He has dedicated many years to an extensive ministry of retreats, spiritual direction, and teaching about the spiritual life. He has authored five books on the Ignatian discernment and spirituality and gives seminars on throughout the country on these themes.
