Nunc Coepi for website

“Nunc Coepi — The Life of Venerable Bruno Lanteri” is an upcoming documentary on the life of the founder of the Oblates of the Virgin Mary.  Currently in rough cut form, the film’s official release date is November 13, 2016, which just happens to be the 200th Anniversary of the OMVs initial founding as a Congregation.  While it will not be a general release film that you would see in any movie theater, there will be several special screenings this fall at various Oblates churches and shrines.  The screenings will occur on or around that special November 13th date.

The title is Latin for “Now I Begin.”  Venerable Lanteri encouraged his spiritual disciples to never give into discouragement but to always get right back up after a fall and say, “Nunc Coepi — Now I Begin.”
