Adoration Boston

St. Clement Eucharistic Shrine is the designated Eucharistic Shrine for the Archdiocese of Boston, and from August 2009 until 2020 (COVID) the Shrine hosted perpetual Adoration. Now, we’re working to bring it back, and you can sign up here, as well as stay up to date on Instagram and Facebook.

Each day during the academic year, the Oblates of the Virgin Mary and their seminarians pray Morning Prayer at 6:30am and hold a Holy Hour at 5pm including recitation of the Rosary and Evening Prayer. Please consider whether the Lord is calling you to spend 1 hour with Him per week!

St. Clement Shrine’s Bible Study

This group meets Mondays at 7pm in the front parlor with Fr Peter Grover. Together we listen to the readings of the Mass and discuss how to apply the message in daily life. Some of the insights are truly inspiring! Come as often as you choose. There is no commitment. Facebook group can be found here

St. Clement Amicizia Cristiana Young Adult Group

This new Young Adult group meets in the Upper Room at St Clement’s, also Mondays at 7pm starting Feb 20th, 2023. Recent college grads and young professionals 20-29 are welcome! Reach out to stclementac@gmail.com with any questions or consult our website here.

Back Bay Mobile Soup Kitchen

BBMSK (“Bumsk”) is a group of young adults who minister to the homeless on the streets of Back Bay. They take sandwiches, fruit, socks, and Rosaries to distribute, and take time to listen to the stories of the men and women they encounter. Pope Francis has exhorted us not to adopt a “throw-away” culture that neglects people’s basic human need, and this is an answer to that call. The group meets Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6:00 pm on the front steps of the Shrine. Come whenever you are able. For more information, contact Mike Enwright at (774)-261-2530 or mikeyenwright@gmail.com.

Music at the Shrine

We are looking for volunteers with any level of singing experience to join a choir that will provide music for worship at the 8 pm Mass every Sunday. The choir will focus on traditional music in the Christian tradition from all periods. We will rehearse Sunday 9:30 am in the Upper Room at St. Clement and have a warm-up before the Mass. Also, volunteer singers are most welcome to join the 11am Mass cantor to lead hymns. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact the Choir Director, Mike Enwright after one of the weekend Masses or (774)-261-2530 or mikeyenwright@gmail.com.
