St. Francis Chapel is located inside the Prudential Center Shopping Mall in Boston’s Back Bay.
There is no direct street entrance to the chapel.
Below are directions to the chapel from Boylston Street, Huntington Avenue, the Sheraton Hotel (closest entrance to the Chapel), the Marriott Copley and the Prudential Center Parking Garage. See our location in Google Maps and contact us at 617-437-7117 with any questions.
From the Boylston Street Mall Entrance
- Enter the Prudential Center Mall next to Del Frisco’s (800 Boylston St)
- Take the escalator up to the main retail floor. Underarmour will at the top of the escalator.
- Walk down the hallway in front of you until you see the Microsoft computer store on your right.
- Turn right on the corner of the Microsoft store. You will see Blue Bottle Coffee on your left and Dunkin Donuts ahead of you on the right.
- We are around the corner from Dunkin Donuts, to your right.
From the Huntington Avenue Mall Entrance
- Enter the Prudential Center Mall next to the Cheesecake Factory.
- Take the escalator up to the main retail floor. Barnes and Noble will be at the top of the escalator.
- Take an immediate left at the top of the escalator and walk down the hallway. People’s United Bank will be on your left.
- After you pass the Crazy Dough pizza stand, you will see Dunkin Donuts at the end of the hallway.
- We are right around the corner from Dunkin Donuts, to your left.
From the Sheraton Hotel
- Enter the Sheraton Hotel’s main entrance on Dalton Street.
- Take the escalator on your left up to the next floor.
- At the top of the escalator, you will see a marble-floor hallway in front of you.
- Take this hallway to the right and walk towards the glass doors ahead of you. This is the entrance to the shopping mall.
- Upon entering the shopping mall, you will see the St. Francis Chapel ahead of you, across the court.
From the Marriott Copley Hotel
- Cross the glass bridge over Huntington Avenue, on the 2nd floor, towards the Prudential Center Mall.
- When you enter the Prudential Center Mall, California Pizza Kitchen will be on your right, Express will be on your left.
- Walk down the steps and the hallway in front of you until you come to the center court.
- You will see Blue Bottle Coffee ahead of you.
- Take the hallway on the right of Blue Bottle Coffee between Blue Bottle Coffee and the Microsoft store.
- You will see The Loft ahead of you and Dunkin Donuts in front of you on the right.
- We are right around the corner from Dunkin Donuts, to your right.
From the Prudential Center Parking South Garage
- The entrance to the South Garage is on Huntington Avenue next to Five Napkin Burger restaurant.
- Take the garage’s elevator to the retail level.
- When the doors open, you should see Blue Bottle Coffee in front of you.
- Turn right upon exiting the elevator .
- You will see The Loft ahead of you and Dunkin Donuts in front of you on the right.
- We are right around the corner from Dunkin Donuts, to your right.
