“And behold, the star that they had seen when it rose went before them until it came to rest over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy.”

Matt 2:9-10

In the best of times, the holidays are filled with light and laughter as we gather with loved ones. As we find new ways to connect, it’s never been more important to celebrate Advent and reflect on this season of waiting and preparation.

We hope you’ll join us for Mass and in prayer as a New Year approaches. Even though our traditions take on different forms, we turn to the words of Venerable Bruno Lanteri to find light: “Strive always to keep your poor heart in peace, to encourage your heart, and always to serve God with a holy joy.”

Spreading Joy Through Jesus

The Oblates of the Virgin Mary are dedicated to ministries that bring people closer to God, including St. Clement Eucharistic Shrine. At a time when many have faced hardships and worry, the Oblates have continued our work to bring Jesus Christ and the hope He offers to the communities we serve—both online and in-person. As we prepare for the year ahead, please consider supporting the Oblates with a donation.
